Niagara Airbus

Niagara Airbus is providing NWMDER 2023 participants the discount code 742 to save cost on transportation services between four airports and Niagara Falls.

• This code provides a 30% discount on shuttle shared ride service between Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Niagara Falls, Ontario.
• A 10% discount is provided for private Exclusive transportation services between Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM) and Buffalo-Niagara International Airport (BUF).

Online Booking Instructions

1. Please have the following ready:

• Dates of travel
• Airline and flight numbers of the arrivals and departures
• The name of the hotel where you are staying during NWMDER 2023 (Sheraton Fallsview Hotel)
• A valid credit card number, the expiration date and CVV security code

1. Go to niagaraairbus.com
2. At the beginning of the booking page you will see “Airport Service Choose”. Here you are to select either “Shuttle shared ride” or “Exclusive” if you want private exclusive transportation.
3. The next few screens gather information required to provide you with the appropriate pick-up times etc. The pick-up and drop-off information pages contain list boxes from which you can simply choose your hotel and the system will then fill in the hotel address information.
4. Choose either “one way” or “round trip”, then where you see “Conference/Promo code” enter the conference code 742 assigned for NWMDER 2023, then click on “Book now”. Pricing for what you have chosen will automatically be discounted, based on the code.
5. On the payment screen, choose to pay for your reservation with a credit card – be sure “Credit card” is checked off, and the enter the credit card information.
6. Click the “Submit” button (only once) and a confirmation number will be generated once payment has been processed.
7. You can print the confirmation as your receipt, or choose to receive an email confirmation of the reservation.
8. The code 742 is valid for bookings made up to 84 hours (3.5 days) in advance of the pick-up time for shuttle shared service and up to 7 days in advance for private Exclusive transportation service from August 20 to September 8, 2023.

Auto Confirmation Procedures

(this function is available 24 hours before travel time)

1. Have your confirmation number or Travel Agent reference number ready.
2. Call 905-374-8111.
3. Immediately enter “0” when you hear the commentary at the beginning.
4. You will then be prompted to enter your confirmation number or your Travel Agent’s reference number.
5. It will then be verified
6. An automated confirmation will advise you of the date, pick-up time, pick-up address and the drop off location.
7. Once done simply press #1 to verify all is correct or press “0” to stay on the line if you need to speak with a reservation agent.

Buffalo Airport Shuttle

Buffalo Airport Shuttle offers transportation services between whatever your destination may be including airports, hotels, residences, shopping centres and tourist attractions in the U.S. and Canada.

Online Booking Instructions

1. Go to the online reservation form
2. There are list boxes from which you can select:
   1. Pick-up Location
   2. Drop-off Location
   3. The vehicle type and number of passengers (the more passengers the lower the cost per passenger)
   4. The type of transfer e.g., point-to-point or charter on an hourly basis
3. Click “Find Your Rate”
4. Click “Accept Rate & Make Reservation”
5. Complete all required field in the next screen and in the box at the bottom “Special Request/Notes/Etc.” enter the code NWMDER
6. Click “Save & Proceed”
7. Complete all required fields on the next screen.
8. Click “Save & Proceed”.
9. Complete all required fields for credit card processing
10. Read the “Company Policies and Booking Agreement” then click “I Agree” and in the box “Enter the text from the box below” insert the text that is in the blue box beneath.
11. Click “Save & Proceed”.
