The Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is the location for all conference sessions and the official accommodation for NWMDER 2023.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
A separate block of rooms at the rate of $169/night plus taxes has been arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door to the Sheraton Fallsview) for students attending NWMDER 2023. Important Note
The NWMDER 2023 group rates are applicable only for arrival on Sunday, August 27, 2023 through to departure on Friday, September 1, 2023, subject to availability.
For those wanting to arrive on Saturday, August 26, 2023, there are a limited number of rooms available at the higher rates of $359 Cityview and $399 American Fallsview for that night, subject to availability at the time reservations are made.
There is a separate link on the right of this page to reserve for only Saturday, August 26. This will result in having two separate reservation confirmations and the hotel’s Front Desk staff will ensure the two reservations are linked in their system so that the entire stay will be in the same room.
Those who choose to make their reservations by phone should call the international toll-free number 1-800-519-9911 and use the code WS1 for reservations on Saturday, August 26 and the code WST for arrivals from August 27-31, 2023.
August is peak tourist season in Niagara Falls so make your hotel reservation early to ensure your accommodation. The guest room cut-off date for the group rate is July 28, 2023. After that date reservations will be based on availability, and at the prevailing rates, which will be substantially more than the group rate.

Triple or quadruple accommodation, when available, is an additional $25/person per night. Children under the age of 18 stay free in the room with an adult and rollaway beds are available at an additional rate of $25 each.
Guest room rates are in Canadian funds and applicable taxes are 7.9% local fees and taxes (LF&T) and 13% harmonized sales tax (HST). LF&T are subject to 13% HST. Subject to change.
