Technical Sessions
- Oral presentations in technical sessions were limited to 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes Q&A.
- Full papers (6-10 pages) were required for the conference proceedings.
- Final papers were due September 11, 2023.
Poster Session
- Full papers were optional for the conference proceedings.
- If you intended to submit a full paper, Program Chair had to be notified by May 15, 2023.
- All posters were to be prepared for display in portrait format for display on large touchscreen digital displays with screen size 55” (diagonal).
- Posters must be provided in electronic format.
- The main Poster Session was held on Monday, August 28 from 17:10-19:00.
- Student posters were judged and prizes were awarded.
- Posters remained on display on the monitors throughout the conference, on a rotational loop.
